One of my favorite memories of December was seeing City & Colour for my first NYC concert. Just like the first time my friends and I saw him back in 08', he left me in chills and on the verge of tears with his voice haunting the entire venue. After the show I decided to endure the teeth-shattering cold and rainy night with my new friend Taylor in order to meet him. When Dallas finally appeared I luckily got to talk with him for a bit while sharing an umbrella. It was a really beautiful, simple moment where I got to thank an artist for being the soundtrack to many unforgettable moments, and I am beyond grateful for his kindness. Cheers to 2011 and Dallas Green!
